My mat-work classes are focused on improving core strength, emphasising awareness of the working elements of the musculature of the abdominal, back, buttock and shoulder girdle. You will learn how to locate, isolate, and challenge these muscles with specific movements.
The classes are dynamic, challenging, and fun, where benefits are seen in as little as 6 weeks in strength, posture and body awareness.
The classes offered are at a variety of difficulty levels.
In my group mat-work classes, we use various pieces of equipment, including Pilates circles, balls, bands, TYE 4 and weighted balls. Whilst I provide all the specialist equipment, I ask my clients to bring their own mats and a foam roller for fascia release work.
My classes are available in the Marlborough, Hungerford, Andover, and North Dorset area.
I have converted my coach house in Bourton, North Dorset, into a bespoke pilates studio.
The classes are run as courses which guarantees the client progression, individual attention and safe practice in controlled group sizes. I offer flexible attendance and missed classes may be made up.
