I am excited to be introducing a new series of classes!
20 min Pilates Strength & Conditioning
These classes will target repairing and recovering loss of muscle mass. Combining classic Pilates principles with resistance and weight training, you will develop functional strength that translates into real-life performance!
I’ll be offering 3 classes per week for £10!
