Introducing: Barre

I am thrilled to announce that a ballet bar has been installed in the Coach House Studio!

Barre is inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates. It is an excellent workout techniques that really complements Back in Balance Pilates, targeting all those tiny muscles with low impact but high intensity movements.

I so look forward to incorporating Barre into the group mat work classes in the Coach House. See you all at the bar.
