Beginning 11th November, I will run the first Strength & Conditioning course for 4 weeks with two 20-minute classes per week.

These classes will target repairing and recovering loss of muscle mass. Combining classic Pilates principles with resistance and weight training, you will develop functional strength that translates into real-life performance! 

All classes will be recorded and uploaded on Class Swap.
